A man regarded as Second in Command of the Army of Ruin. His casual, flippant demeanor belies a vicious cruelty. A master marksman, he cheerfully massacres helpless soldiers with his two handguns—rare weapons in this day and age. Ordinary fighters don’t stand a chance against him.
