The Legendary Mechanic is one of the substories in Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise.

A grimy old man approaches your buggy while in Canyon Village. He reveals to you that he use to be a legendary mechanic and that he also worked with Bat. He lets you know that you can increase the speed of your vehicle if you can find the High-end Balanced Engine across the bridge. After getting the engine, he tells you that he won't be able to fix it, but that perhaps Bat will be able to. To aid you, he gives you the Secrets to Customization II. fvck upppp
